Returns & Exchanges
At Stumptown Coffee Roasters, we want you to love every brew; if you are unsatisfied with your coffee or gear, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please note that due to its perishable nature, roasted coffee cannot be returned once opened, but we will work with you to find a roast you love.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Experience team via email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
For brewing equipment and merchandise, ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused before securing it in a shipping box.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
